A prompt is for house exploring, and you can list off multiple A prompts like A1, A2, etc. for more than one prompt within the house. B prompts (B1, B2, etc) are for exploring the island and may be open to all OR select friends who your character is exploring with.

[It's tough to live on an island that doesn't have many resources outside of the limited food sources and running streams. While Brie is aware of some other minor sources of food, like fish and frogs, one person exploring an island on their own means there are a lot of secret spots left to uncover. Despite adventuring for three years, her time on the hub itself has been much shorter, only staying for days or weeks at a time. Now that there are more people on this journey, covering ground is a lot easier.

Recently she's discovered another large estate -- much larger than her current shared mansion, which might also mean it has some supplies inside. On the morning of Day #, she's called together those who are hankering for more supplies in order to bring as much back as possible. Congrats, you get first dibs.

A. Upon approaching the house, the first thing that's noticeable is its size. It's all one story, but very flat and spacious. There are gardens in both the front and the rear, and upon entering (Brie might have enlisted you to help break the door down, oops) the inside is also quite vast. There are tons of rooms, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, two kitchens and other rooms that aren't even explorable because they need keys to be entered. Unless you can find these keys, that is?

B. Alternatively, or maybe even aside from exploring the house, Brie's also suggested that you do some exploring on your own. Again, she's one woman with limited time to scout the island herself. What can you find? What resources are there to be harvested? Will you share in this bounty, or keep it to yourself?]

[In the front bathroom, Jake is investigating as if he's never seen a bathroom. He has; it's just been about a decade or so since he used one. So forgive him for looking interested in everything.

But he's especially interested in the fact that the toilet flushes. Neat! He's going to flush it repeatedly now.]

Wonder where it's off to?

[He doubts there's a sewer system okay.]


[Hollow Tree]
[In a field due east of the base camp, Jake finds a giant, hollow tree. It's pretty awesome. But what he's actually doing is measuring it, albeit very imprecisely by stretching out his arms inside of it.

It's cramped but he's pretty sure he could live in here, maybe? His room globe was so much, well, roomier, but...]

Might not be too bad... [Maybe if he built up inside of it.]

[ all these people are finding much more interesting things than akira, so he's almost glad that he wanders into someone not in the midst of a great discovery. actually, this is far from it. it's -- ]

It's off to where dreams go to die.

[ said in utter deadpan from the doorway. ]

[Akira what.]

—It is?

[Look, he sounds serious, so...]

Usually, I mean.

[ a tiny shrug and he heads over to stand closer. ]

... Is this really the most interesting thing you've found?

[potentite]

[Are you trying to say a flushing toilet isn't amazing Akira??]

I found toothpaste and these little... whatsits? [He holds up some bottles he found!] I guess someone left food in here?

[Jake hasn't had a bathroom or bathroom related things before and only kind of glanced at the labels and saw a lot of food shit so.]

[Haru is one her way back from...somewhere, it looks like she has a makeshift pack full of herbs and spices! But when she spots jake she is going to jog over, waving at him.]

[Oh! It's one of my favourite people here.]

Ahoy there, Haru! What have you got there?

[Everyone seems to be finding cool stuff, so.]

I found an entire area with different herbs and spices. I need to go drop this load off and go back for more. I'm going to see if I can find some tea leaves or coffee beans back there.

[She's look at whatever he might be doing.]

What are you doing?

Oh, I'm just... [He pauses. Saying 'I was thinking about living in this tree' seems to be weird, so.] It's a lovely tree, isn't it?

[ ... Dude, are you okay?

Just ... watching him from the doorway, placing his hands casually behind his head as he speaks. ]

What are you talking about?

[ ... Sora doesn't put much thought into where toilets lead anyway, but it's especially weird to worry about here. ]

[Oh no. Someone overheard him. He flusters, rubbing the back of his neck.]

Oh! Just, um, well— Bathrooms need... sewers, don't they?

[heartkey]

Uh ... Yeah, I guess so. [ Looking between him and the toilet he'd been flushing. ] ... You're worried about that?

[ Don't they have more important things to find out?? Sora is failing to see the importance here ... ]

[potentite]

[Sora has a point.] Well... It's, uh, been quite awhile since I saw a bathroom, so I guess the novelty hooked me. But you raise valid concerns! The only thing really here is toothpaste and bathe supplies.

I found a hut.

[This is stupid. Shit.]

I mean, away from everywhere else. It's kinda nice. I was going to ask if you wanted it.

[Oh. Jake peeks out at Dirk.]

You found one...? [When Dirk knows Jake is having a problem, he usually tries to fix it or at least offers to, so he can't help wondering if 'found' actually means 'built'.]

[splinten]

[He gives a quick, short nod.]

In the woods. It doesn't look like anyone has used it for a while. Two doors, windows, a fire place, and a table inside, but no other furnishings.

Would you... mind terribly showing me?

[He's taking a short stroll outside base camp, keeping closer than he did during their mapping adventures, when he runs into Jake--measuring? a hollow tree.]

. . . looking for a hiding place? [He's not gonna judge, if so.]

[potentite]

[A hiding spot is kind of accurate.] Oh! Um, well, I was considering building a sort of getaway in here, yes.

[rebells]

[He peers in to examine it.]

It's not that big. But you could make it into a sort of hideaway, I suppose.

This is even worse than I pictured, dude. [Look he's not judging but. He's sort of unsure about anybody living in a tree? Still? Dave told him to knock it off and let Jake do whatever but come on.]

[John don't judge him??]

Oh! Um, hello, John! I wasn't— [He can totally play this off.] I was just... giving it a quick once over?

Oh yeah? [Go on, Jake, he'll wait.] For what? [...wait though.] Wait, are trees supposed to be hollow like this?

[He's been watching Jake doing...whatever he's doing...for quite a while before approaching.]

Might not be too bad? For what...?

[His theory is that Jake found something inside, but he's not considering that accommodation might be the thing.]

[That's because he's sane. Jake looks up and hesitates, worrying his bottom lip for a moment.]

Oh, well, um... Hm. I thought it might... make for an interesting place to set up camp?
