With the recent installation of 9S and co.'s scanning equipment and the also recent, significantly wetter rainstorms there's quite a lot to check out on the island right now. Plus, the monitor robot still needs a name. You're not going to leave them nameless forever, are you?

Too bad Genette's put out word that everyone's about to be moving location soon. That means these are the last days the coven has for a little while to get everything in order, whether it's to take things to the next destination or to leave them behind. I could already do this back home, yeah, on top of a bunch of other magic. Keeping this wherever I go is a pretty good consolation prize.

Oh jeez, all sorts? I'm going to school for it, and even if the school's pretty boring there's still a lotta cool spells out there. Transformation magic's really neat for example.

Well, regardless of where you go, without a wand I don't think I can really show you anything. Even with potions, all the most interesting ones usually need magic as a... a catalyst, I guess? Like heating stuff up in chemistry class.

Right, it usually takes some kinda tool if you aren't inherently magical. Like a fairy or a dragon.

I'm actually not totally sure what the limits are on magic where I'm from, but it can do a lot. Like, a friend of mine accidentally brought a dude back to life for a day. Accidentally.
