The rapping is....weird. Not that Waver comments on it or even acknowledges it, but still. Weird. He tunes it out though, and somewhere in all of that, he goes from sitting upright to lying down on the roof, eyes fixed skyward.

With that comes the effects of the worm water vapor again, stronger this time. The sense of calm is overwhelming, and somewhere in the stretch of silence, he closes his eyes.

Waver's still awake. He swears.
