[The Palai…were exhausting after a while, but all the same John couldn't help but find them amusing and want to help them out. He was fairly used to lizards and their ridiculous requests by this point (thank you, consorts) and it's the only reason he finds himself outside with what looks like a bunch of fruit juice and dye.

Picking up a piece of paper, he eyes it critically before looking back at the other members of his new group. Madhuri gets a look of recognition and there's a grin for both of them. This should be fine. The three of them could…probably…figure this out.]

Do you think it's just because the Palai don't know how to hold paint brushes? [What other explanation would there be?]

Their art seems lovely enough. This does feel like we're being set up for a three-way date, though...

I don't suppose they explained which one of us is the Eltos, the Al... ooh... I forgot the different names. Who buys the drinks and who flutters their eyelashes and is wooed?
