I don't know what the next step is but it's not following the rules.

[Dia appreciates the more gentle contact. After being rough up by the monitor she doesn't know what she's going to do. She truthfully can't do much. She's afraid of what may happen next.]

I don't think following the rules is going to get our fellow coven members back. It won't get Ruby back.

[ Amanda wasn't sure it was the right move, but Dia's not freaking out or pushing her away so she'll just hope it's welcome. ]

We'll all get her, but if everything falls apart, I'll figure out a way to get Ruby.

You... once they're wherever these guys are taking them we'll find out if our telepathy isn't blocked off. I dunno, keep her calm if you can.

[ Crowds are bad, but it'll be hard navigating her back to where they're staying without passing through more. ]

[ She takes a deep breath - being the calm, rational one is hard when she wants to just yell and fight the whole city, and she almost hopes Dia's too shaken to see how shaken she is as well. ]

Give it a little bit then try. ...there'll be others there taking care of her. Madoka's really sweet and Geir is a big tough dragon.

[Dia only cried when they took Ruby. She's too shaken and too numb to keep crying now. So she's going to let Amanda lead them and she's going to keep her head down as much as she can in the process.]

I'll try...I just hope there is someone staying with her that will help keep her calm. She's never been in a situation like this. Our home doesn't allow for situations like this.

Idols don't get arrested much I guess. ...I've only ever been in detention, and even magic school detention is mostly just boring or gross.

It really has nothing to do with idols. It's just that we live with a family that would probably be very hard on us if we were to ever cause any sort of trouble.

[Dia is also the Student Council President. She can't afford to make mistakes.]

[Dia can understand Amanda to a certain extent. She knows Amanda probably just wants to have fun most times. Nothing is ever intentional for her to be hurtful.]

[That is saying a lot. Dia is trusting Amanda with her younger sister and that doesn't happen for many people.]

[ That... is not the sort of responsibility people trust her with, and it gives her pause. Saying that she'll take care of Ruby is one thing, but hearing Dia ask her to... it feels nice to be trusted. And nerve-wracking, honestly. ]

I'll... try. Hopefully she's calm enough to listen.

[All she wants is for Ruby to be safe. She would much prefer Amanda be safe as well. But she has no control over what happens.]

If there are people with her, I hope that they are able to keep her calm. You could try telling her that I said it was okay?

[ Amanda is used to getting into trouble, she did kind of fly into the upper atmosphere on a rocket broom this one time - but she doesn't have nearly as much magic here. ]

I think she likes me enough to chill out a little when she sees me. I... hope. So I'll tell you said to go with me and that you're okay, and see where that gets us.
