Open/Closed: Open to All, though top levels shouldn't be made by Chosen 12 members -- however, direct telepathy links can be sent to Chosen 12 members, and Chosen 12 members can respond to open telepathy prompts. This post is meant more for those who aren't part of the Chosen 12 so they can react with others or plot their next move.

[the shades hide half his expression, but it's clear enough that he's not ok about all three of those names. especially the last. if they had put Terezi or Karkat on that list as well, he would have full blown lost it.]

So what do you have in mind for all of this? What's the big plan, or are we gathering to do a little brainstorming, see what's floating around up there and hope some genius knows where they are?

Dirk and I are gathering our bearings. A proper plan has yet to be organized, but we have an idea — we're assessing everyone's capabilities, alongside what we know...and what we don't.

We're considering infiltrating our target building in the guise of police officers. Meanwhile, we would establish a decoy group to distract the public.
