rebells if your character would have icly asked to come!
[So you may have gotten a telepathic message a few days ago about an expedition to map the coastline . . . or maybe you were invited along by a friend. Whatever the reason, it's bright and early this morning, and it's time to set out!
Characters would have gotten a further telepathic message from Jay with a date and time to meet outside the shacks. They'll be heading east along the "shore," tracking the coast, and then heading directly back towards base camp . . . who knows what they'll find along the way?]

It's not that bad. [Don't ask why he's walked through deserts, Minato.] And I think so. I have read Genette's letter a few times and I'm still not too sure what it is we're really doing when we start traveling. That sounds right, but that also sounds way too easy.

I guess, when we start traveling, we'll be told what to do. If they need so many people, it's probably something that takes time.
[ But not difficult, he hopes, because otherwise the island would be crawling with experienced warriors, not teenagers like he sees all around him. ]

[Shrug.] Probably not worth worrying about now. Lenka and I were talking about building an enclosure or something to make meals back at the original hut site on the beach to keep food away from the boars and stuff. We can shove the stove in there or something.

Merging... is what you do, right? Is it as easy as putting two huts together to make one big one?

I think so? I haven't tried it yet but since everything else seems to merge together I do not see why not. It'd depend how they formed together but at least it'd be more space.
