- Percival is not going to answer any of their questions, and instead let his anger get the better of him because he doesn't have a human shaped tether here and attempt to start an argument with the monitor. He will very coldly remark that he knows what they're attempting to do, and that he has no doubt that their administration is obscuring information from the public and purposefully sniffing out magic-users with malicious and "tyrannical" intentions.

- Percival will refer to the monitor as a small minded neanderthal and a waste of air who is nothing more than an agent of oppression.
