It isn't my inclination to force the point. But you seem to be operating under the assumption that I think you're not capable or prepared for circumstances like these. It's the opposite, in that I know you're able to look after yourself and have as much familiarity with worse storms than this as me and English do. That doesn't negate the fact that it is generally better to operate with someone nearby who can support you if something goes wrong. I know you're as aware of that fact as I am after a lifetime of making it on your own.
